In July 2023, Cheza Music School's online presence was minimal, with the school only appearing on the first page of Google's search results when users specifically searched for its name, "Cheza Music School." The school's website was virtually invisible for broader service-related keywords, severely limiting its ability to attract new students organically through search engines.
Initial Steps
To address this, we initiated the project with in-depth keyword research tailored to Cheza Music School's services. Alongside this, we conducted a comprehensive competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the market.
Leveraging the insights from our research, we meticulously reconstructed the entire website's content within one month. This included compressing and renaming all images for better performance, optimizing page load times, and revising titles and content across the site to better align with the targeted keywords. Our approach to keyword optimization was organic, ensuring that the content remained relevant and engaging while strategically incorporating the identified keywords throughout the site.
In addition to the website overhaul, we conducted topic research to fuel the school's blog with valuable content, boosting both engagement and search visibility.
We also optimized Cheza Music School's Google Business Profile, further enhancing its local search presence.
To measure and track progress, we implemented Google Analytics along with other recommended features from Google. These tools provided valuable insights into the website’s performance and user behavior.
Results
Within just one month, the impact of our efforts began to show.
Starting from almost zero clicks per month, Cheza Music School's website received 20 clicks in September.
By the most recent month, this number had surged to 400 clicks, marking a significant improvement in the school's online visibility and engagement.
